Finished off the lens retaining brackets after riveting the nutplates to the brackets and gave them a quick prime.
I countersunk the lens very slowly until the appropriate depth was achieved for the screws.
Skin was dimpled and then lens retaining brackets were taped to the lens with double sided tape in the kit.
Screwed the lens in very carefully. It fits well, but I will need to add the foam provided in the kit to make a better seal to the skin.
I have to finish off the retaining bracket for the light. I may paint the interior of the light bay and the components black. Once I get a 12 volt battery, I'll test the light.
